ABOUT ME:
I opened this gym because I wish I needed this when I was younger. My family and friends would've benefited immensely from proper Personal Training, Rehab, and Strength and Conditioning

I fell in love with science and helping others with what I have learned through my journey.

ABOUT ME:
Hey guys, I'm Evan. I got into training with wrestling and powerlifting back in High School.
I progressed and had roadblocks just like anyone else. Through that, I would learn and help my friends through the same struggles. This turned into learning more and coaching different types of athletes, youth, and adults.

ABOUT ME:
Hey guys, I'm Xavier, most people call me "X". I have been coaching athletes, powerlifters, and busy adults for over 10 years now.
I love to work with anybody who is consistently engaging in the training process. I take my training seriously and understand how training can benefit outside of the weightroom.

Success Stories
Jim Serpico
"Before training at Pullman Performance, I faced poor self-esteem in terms of body issues, limited flexibility, and being constantly tired. I just felt lousy and depressed. After joining Pullman Performance I started having more confidence in myself and realized I had the potential to become stronger, fitter, and more flexible. My belt loop has decreased and my clothes fit better. I have more energy and confidence. If someone is on the fence I would say push yourself to try it. It is so easy not to do, but once you start, just like I did, it will become part of your weekly routine. I highly recommend Pullman. ".
