Eric Pullman

Owner & Coach

Eric started Breakthrough Performance in 2020 with a mission to guide athletes and adults through a positive experience with health and performance. His past experiences and misinformation with scoliosis led to two hip surgeries at 20 years old. He wishes there was a place like Breakthrough Performance before — so he built one. A place that gives individual attention and personalized training, in a group of like-minded individuals who push each other to grow.

Evan has been coaching adults for nearly a decade and joined Breakthrough in 2021. Walk into any of his sessions and you'll feel it immediately — he's encouraging, he's engaged, and he makes hard work feel good. He knows what it takes to help adults get stronger and stay consistent, and he builds every program around that. Most members say he's the reason they keep coming back. His goal is simple: help you get stronger, feel better, and actually enjoy the process of getting there.

Athlete Coordinator & Coach

Marc competed in college as a sprinter, pole vaulter, and decathlete — and now brings that same focus on speed, power, and athleticism to the athletes he coaches. He earned his degree in Psychology from Buffalo State and Post University, and has worked with athletes from youth to college level. Marc specializes in helping athletes build explosive speed, clean up their mechanics, and get stronger in ways that directly translate to performance. Whether it's acceleration, top-end speed, or full-body strength, Marc knows how to help athletes level up.

How many hours per week is the program?+

Most of our members train 2-3x per week. All of our sessions are 50 minutes long and full of training.

Is there a free trial?+

We want you to come and meet us, see what we do, and make sure that this is the perfect fit before you sign up.

How is this different from a regular gym?+

Every session is coached. You don't wander the floor guessing. You follow a plan built for your body and your goals.
